CLR-705-FThese adaptor fittings allow using other brands of power-workholding components that have SAE O-ring ports in The standard power-workholding systems (5/16″ O.D. tubing). Please note: SAE O-ring fittings are limited to 5000 psi operating pressure and limit the entire system to that pressure.Straight port fitting with a 5/16″ male JIC 37 end fits #4 SAE ports. For components with #6 SAE ports, use the reducing adaptor along with the port fitting.JIC-standard 37 fittings accept The standard 5/16″ O.D. tubing (cut off straight, deburred, and flared) as well as Fixture Hose and Heavy-Duty Hose with 37-flare swivel nuts. When using tubing, a Tube End fitting (CLR-400-F), consisting of a nut and sleeve, must be placed on each tube end before flaring is completed.

Use these fittings only with The standard tubing and hose. The standard tubing is 5/16″ O.D. seamless heavy-wall tubing, C1010 steel, cold drawn, fully annealed, 0.065″ wall thickness, 22,800 psi minimum burst pressure. SAE O-ring fittings are limited to 5000 psi operating pressure and limit the entire system to that pressure. Other brands of power-workholding components are usually not totally leak-free, so they should not be used on pallet fixtures disconnected from the hydraulic power source.
