Roemheld High-Pressure Inline Filters

These high-pressure in-line filters are useful to ensure that any hydraulic fluid coming from a power source’s reservoir is totally clean before entering a power-workholding system. These units filter all particles nominally larger than 10 microns. Simple, compact design that is easy to install in any new or existing system.
Mounting
In-line mounting with a 1/4″ BSPP port on the inlet side (toward the power source) and a 1/4″ BSPP male thread on the outlet side (toward the workholding fixture). Can be conveniently mounted directly on the power unit using a Double Port Fitting. Mount filter in any position, horizontal or vertical. Do not use NPT fittings.
Maintenance
Each Fluid Filter has two replaceable filter elements: a 10-micron pleated filter and a 100-micron pre-filter. Service interval will vary with environmental conditions. Caution: do not attempt to replace filter elements with pressure in the system.
